The Mixologist is a key member of the hospitality team, specializing in the creation and serving of high-end artisanal cocktails. With a minimum of two years of experience, the Mixologist combines expertise in mixology with exceptional customer service skills to deliver unique and memorable beverage experiences to guests.
Qualifications
A background in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Main Resposibilites
Cocktail Development and Innovation: Craft a diverse range of artisanal cocktails using high-quality ingredients. Continuously innovate and experiment with new flavors, techniques, and presentation styles.
Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations. Create an engaging and entertaining experience around the cocktail-making process.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all cocktails meet the highest standards in terms of taste, presentation, and quality. Regularly taste and adjust recipes as needed.
Inventory Management: Manage and maintain the bar inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels.
Training and Mentorship: Share knowledge and skills with other team members. Train and mentor junior staff in the art of mixology.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all food and beverage regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
