    Mr D - Head of Creative Studio

    • As the Head of Creative Studio, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of exceptional, on-brand, and results-driven creative work across all touchpoints for an on-demand delivery app.
    • This includes orchestrating campaigns across diverse offerings such as brand, restaurants, food, groceries, and retail categories.
    • You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, drive brand recognition, and support in the creation of compelling user experiences. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Strategic Creative Leadership: 

    • Define and own the overarching creative strategy and direction, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and CMO's vision. 
    • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's ethos, tone, and visual identity across a variety of services (restaurants, food, groceries, retailers, etc.). 
    • Leverage user insights and market trends to evolve the creative approach, ensuring all outputs are customer-centric and innovative. 
    • Maintain consistency and clarity of storytelling across all channels, including app assets, advertisements, email campaigns, social media, and more. 

    Team Leadership & Management: 

    • Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of talent (designers, copywriters, content producers, videographers, etc.). 
    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity while meeting deadlines and business goals. 
    • Implement processes and workflows to optimize team efficiency and high-quality output. 

    Creative Project Delivery: 

    • Oversee all creative studio projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met. 
    • Bring to life cross-functional campaigns, including seasonal promotions and localised activations, that cater to brand merchants and customers. 
    • Champion innovative ideas that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
    • Maintain a focus on user experience within the app, translating brand ideas into seamless UI/UX designs. 

    Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: 

    • Partner with marketing, product, business development, and operations teams to understand needs and set creative priorities. 
    • Work closely with the CMO to ensure the creative strategy is aligned with overall marketing goals. 
    • Present creative concepts and ideas to senior leadership and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate & co-create with external agencies on key campaigns/projects 

    Analytical Oversight: 

    • Monitor the performance of creative campaigns and pivot strategies as needed to achieve KPIs (engagement, downloads, retention, revenue). 
    • Utilize data, A/B testing, and performance analytics to fine-tune creative approaches for ROI improvement. 

    Brand Oversight: 

    • Be the guardian of the brand image, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and values. 
    • Drive campaigns that resonate locally and maintain brand integrity. 

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
    • 7-10 (Min) years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within fast-paced industries such as creative agency, tech, e-commerce, or on-demand services. 
    • Proven track record of leading and scaling creative teams in a digital-first environment. 
    • Deep understanding of customer journey touchpoints within an app-based business model. 
    • Experience managing campaigns for food, grocery, retail, and lifestyle brands is a bonus.
    • Expertise in creative disciplines like graphic design, video production, copywriting, and UI/UX design.
    • Strong proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana,etc.). 
    • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, A/B testing software, and analytics platforms is a plus.
    • A proven track record of incorporating and sustaining AI tools into the creative process.
