- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Main tasks
- Placing purchase orders on suppliers
- Placing Stock orders on Fordia Montreal
- Logistics (Liaising with clearing agents and freight forwarders)
- Freight costings
- Assisting with customer Invoicing
- General office admin
Experience requirements
- Manufacturing Environment Experience
- Administrative excellence is essential
- Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Matric - Mathematics essential
- Diploma and or equivalent qualification in administration
- Computer literacy MS Office
Key competencies
- Self-motivated and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Administration and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relations.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Be proactive and accurate.
