Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers through onsite engagements.
- Implement service level agreements (SLA’s) in the business
- Managing projects in the execution of information technology (IT) solutions.
- Monitor services delivered.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification(s): National Diploma/National N Diploma in Information Management/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits.
- Related Minimum Experience: 3 years: Experience in IT/IM environment with relevant business knowledge
