Outbound Sales Advisor - Umhlanga at Huntswood

Job Overview:

• As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador for a market-leading UK insurance brand, making warm outbound sales calls to existing customers selling insurance protection.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with existing customers, get to know their needs and help each customer find the right solution for them.
• Explain the opportunity to add more devices onto their existing insurance cover, as an upgrade opportunity.
• Act as a brand ambassador for our client

Job Required Requirements:

• Grade 12 or a equivalent qualification
• Min 12 months outbound/ inbound sales experience (local/international) 2 years plus will be advantageous.
• Customer service experience

Skills Required:

• Solid background in targeted sales

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Soft Skills
• Sales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport,
• Customer centricity
• Ability to multitask.
• Great listening skills
• Attention to detail
