Pensions Administrator – Head Office at FEM

Job Description

• FEM is looking to appoint a Pensions Administrator in Head Office. Reporting to the Pensions Manager, the purpose of the position is ensuring the accurate administration of Pensions.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for administering fatal and total disablement pensions for injured employees and their dependent. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to ensure timeously tracing of injured workers and their dependent, accurate calculation of CV, and provide to follow up on outstanding information while keeping the pensioners and their dependents informed of the progress and status of their benefits.
• The minimum requirements of the position are matric and a minimum of 2 years general administration experience in a related environment coupled with the ability to demonstrate experience in project administration. The ability to speak more than one language is also part of our minimum requirements.
• The position requires the candidate to have functional computer literacy, and numeracy skills as well as an excellent performance track record. Knowledge of the COID Act and workman's compensation will be a distinct advantage. Excellent customer focus, the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, quality orientation, reliability and excellent communication complete our requirements.
