As a People Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Attraction, Selection and Recruitment of People
• Business Partnerships
• HR Administration (including Compliance)
• Management of Employee Relations and Climate (Including Retention)
• Management of talent and Succession Planning
• Facilitation of Diversity, Change and Transformation Processes
• HR Project Management
• Leadership and Team Management

Requirements
What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have: 

• 7-8 years’ experience in a generalist role preferably in a service related or FMCG environment with 2-3 years in a management/leadership position||Essential / Minimum|5-10 years|
• A relevant HR/ Industrial Psychology Degree/NQF level 7
• Strong Business Analysis Skills
• Project management skills

• Team leadership
