Qualifications / Certifications required:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:
Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Aeronautical)

Experience required:
Minimum 3 years working experience in Operations Consulting or Operations Improvement in a consulting firm environment
Proven track record in projects related to business transformation, operational improvement, lean transformation, process excellence
Strong problem solving capabilities
Strong relationship management abilities
Ability to coach and build client relationships
Data analysis experience
Proven track record in influencing change
Working experience on PowerBi, Alteryx and Tableau
Responsibilities of role:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work as part of a team on projects related to operations improvement and optimisation
Analyse data to support recommendations by use of PowerBi, Alteryx and Tableau
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Skill sets required:
Strong analytical skills
Ability to coach and improve team and individual performance through data driven coaching conversation
Ability to select appropriate methods for collecting and analysing data
Ability to work with large datasets (structured and unstructured)
Ability to structure, interpret and challenge client data
Ability to develop business cases / value cases
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to synthesize the team’s work into recommendations presented to clients, and deliver oral and written reports to the client management, in addition to a strong presence, team spirit and leadership skills
