Performance and Compliance Officer - Northern Cape (Fixed Term) at Democratic Alliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Provincial Chairperson in ensuring effective monitoring of Public Representatives' performance and reporting thereon
• Effectively facilitating training, conducting audits, and carrying out administrative processes
• Professionally handling queries from the public on behalf of the Provincial Chairperson
• Providing an efficient administrative support function

Minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
• Tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Political Science, Law (advantageous)
• 2 years’ experience in performance monitoring, compliance, or an administrative role
• Experience working with various stakeholders
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of administrative systems including performance dashboards, and app-based tools
• Knowledge of government processes and public representative responsibilities
