Actively support the Regional/State and Country Manager in delivering measurables and piercing vision across your markets
Sales focused and target driven to achieve weekly KPIs. Priority purpose will be to sell in store, and therefore actively contributing to sales mix and contribution
Be a brand ambassador for Lovisa piercing
Support with Lovisa branded events. Therefore, must be passionate for the product, piercing and the brand
Train and develop the teams and ignite passion for the pierce
Support in training rollouts and signoffs for new store openings
100% compliance across your designated market on learning and development modules
Flexible approach to working across the country in multiple sites. This role will require a lot of travelling for 4-5 days of your working week
Who you are:
Data entry skills
Excel proficient
Strong communication skills at all levels
High attention to detail
Interest in beauty, piercing or jewellery industry
