    Principle Admin Officer: Administration: SDCD19426

    Minimum Requirements:

    • National Diploma in Human Resources / Public Administration / Management / Finance or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
    • 2 - 5 years' experience in an administrative environment within local government

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the administrative and clerical tasks to effectively execute work procedures
    • Coordinate office administrative services and function to ensure optimum and effective attainment of operational goals
    • Maintain a filing system for the office according to the National Archives and Records Services Act. 1996 of South Africa (Act No. 43 of 1996 as amended) to ensure both, accessibility and adherence to legislation
    • Coordinate financial and assets management duties to adhere to good financial practices
    • Provide customer service
