This role is suited for a dynamic, self-motivated leader who excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on strategic growth and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for planning for raw materials and directing and coordinating the Production, Maintenance and Tool Room functions, to meet the customer demand for high-quality products and delivery.
The position will provide managerial leadership to the Stamping plant, Toolroom and maintenance departments.
Core responsibilities include managing labour relations, overseeing maintenance, driving automation initiatives, and upholding health and safety standards.
The role also involves budget management, continuous improvement efforts, and performance oversight.
Flexibility for extended working hours, emergency callouts, and occasional travel within the EMEA region is required.
You must be a Trade Tested Fitter and Turner, Millwright or Tool Jig & Die Maker, and possess at least 10 years of production management experience, within the Engineering and Metals sector.
