Key Responsibility Areas

• Participate in project management processes by researching, coordinating, implementing and monitoring Human Capital projects.
• Manager development of projects associated with conceptualizing, planning, development, implementation monitoring and evaluation of capital projects.
• Planning and controlling the procurement management functions.
• Plans and monitoring the capital budget estimates and monitor expenditure against budget allocation for projects.
• Provides input into the development of policy and procedures and provide input on critical issues relating to human capital or service delivery.
• Facilitate the training and development of project management processes.
• Disseminate operational information of the immediate, short and long term objectives of the unit.
• Implements communication strategies for the unit.
• Manages and controls the key requirements associated with the implementation of provisions detailed in the Health and Safety act. 

Essential Requirements

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• Project Management Certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 5 Years relevant experience. Computer Literacy

Preferred Requirements

• Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
• 6 Years relevant experience.
