Quality Control Officer: PD-Building & Technical: REAL19017 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / N3
• Trade Test (Building)
• 3 years' experience in the built environment
• A valid driver's license (Code B)

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the erection of municipal buildings occurs in accordance with specification and good building practices whilst dealing with local communicates and promoting the advancement of history disadvantage individuals through the building process
• Execute operational processes to ensure that buildings are correctly constructed in accordance with plans, specifications and good building practice and in terms of safety requirements
• Implement governance and risk management to ensure that completed work adhere to governance and legislative requirements
• Contribute to financial processes to ensure correct payment for site progress
• Participate in people management to empower emerging contractors
