Recruitment Administrator - Newlands East at Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Engaging with candidates and Line Managers.
• Scheduling and setting up interviews with candidates and Line Manager.
• Compiling interview packs for interviews.
• Booking of boardrooms for interviews.
• Facilitating assessments.
• Conducting MIE checks and reference checks
• Requesting and gathering candidates supporting documents.
• Assisting in compiling the hiring pack.
• Regretting candidates on Simplify HR, when assistance is required.
• Assist in welcoming the new starters on their 1st day.
• Assist with onboarding documents.
• Data capturing.
• Assists with ad-hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma in Human Resources or a related qualification would be advantageous.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Administration experience.
• Previous experience in working within a recruitment environment would be advantageous.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be a team -player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have MS Office experience.
