The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to increase the company’s market share through proactively building relationships with current and new customers, communicating campaigns and providing customised solutions through upselling and cross-selling across the different categories.
Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding customer’s business and identifying and preparing solutions that are catered for them by analysing sales metrics
Communicate new campaigns to customers and work together with the customers to identify marketing opportunities
Meet with customers to go through spend profile and work proactively with them to find opportunities that could move the customer into a new loyalty program level
Conduct check-ins with customers whose spend is declining to establish the reason and to assist where possible
Provide customers with training on new products
Proactively build and nurture existing customer relationships to improve the overall customer experience
Resolve customer queries / concerns or escalate if required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
