The Sales Manager role focuses on driving sales at the headquarters level. The role is crucial in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products meet those needs. This job family plays a vital role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to our company's overall growth. This role involves working under direct supervision, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category. The individual will collaborate effectively within the immediate team and will be responsible for accomplishing tasks as an individual contributor with close supervision.

Supports and assists in executing sales strategies in team / organization.
Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.

Job Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
An understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
A desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong initiative and problem solving
Excellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)
