This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to develop a career in the commercial field of pharmaceutical development.
The team is multinational and consists of 7 specialists, based out of 2 continents.
Responsible for the monitoring and management of a Revenue stream through supporting the IQVIA Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) for RWS.
This high-profile position will have responsibility and/or input into processes, procedures relating to the sales and GTM process and systems.
This role will suit an EMEA based individual with great analytical and attention to detail skills as well as good a good communicator.
Essential Functions
Contributes to the monitoring and administrative management of sales and revenue reporting for real world solutions categories
Will be responsible for the training and ongoing support for the sales and GTM teams in the IQVIA CRM system
Ensures that opportunities are correctly set up in IQVIA CRM (in line with contract, multi-country constraints and IQVIA policy in term of services / products and timeline), and lead the updates
Regular monitoring of opportunities in coordination with local / regional teams
Regular reporting to snr members of the sales management team on sales progress against targets
Creation of alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified
Contributes to ad hoc analysis as needed to improve customer satisfaction, business intelligence and revenue recognition
Coordinate operational activities with other teams to continually improve procedures and optimize them
Define, produce, share and comment regular report on Revenue In Hand
Contribute to analyze gap between Budget / forecast and Revenue In Hand
Creation of alerts and review / follow up of award notifications
Assist management in preparation of operating review meetings, strategic planning review meetings and budget review meetings.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Billing Center representatives
Other tasks, as required by the Head of Commercial and Sales Operations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Extensive knowledge of powerpoint and excel
Requires experience in commercial or sales area.
Experience with CRM management, client-facing activities and dashboard analysis are desirable.
