Description

• Ensure effective debt collection with the aim of collecting the outstanding debt or balances
• Collecting and follow-up on outstanding accounts
• Attending to all allocated ex-representative accounts with debit or credit balances and perform the necessary actions to clear the balances
• Drafting of memorandums and recommendations for write-off of debt or handing over debtors to attorneys.
• Drafting of proposals to management to approve re-payment installment request from ex-representatives.
• Ensure that all statements are sent out timeously after month end closing
• Requesting of cash focus payments
• Issuing of journals , debit and credit notes to rectify accounts
• Drawing files for the auditors.
• Attend Ad hoc meetings

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Finance qualification will added advantage
• 2 -3 Years' experience in Finance role.
• Basic accounting knowledge
