Senior Clerk (Labour Relations) at Ilembe District Municipality

    DUTIES

• To render an administrative support function to the Labour Relations sub-unit of the Municipality;
• Co-ordinates administrative requirements associated with Labour Relations functions;
• Assist in organising and coordination procedures and sequences associated with disciplinary and grievance cases and enquiries;
• Upholding the responsibility to represent the Municipality in disputes referred to the Bargaining Council (SALGBC) and at CCMA;

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid grade 12 certificate;
• Certificate in Labour Relations and/or equivalent Previous experience working in labour relations.
• Good communication skills: verbal and writing.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)2 - 3 Years relevant work experience in Human Resources environment
• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources preferable with a major in Labour Law
• Valid Driver's licence
