PhD within the discipline of textile science/engineering.
Minimum of 5 years relevant teaching and/or textile industry experience in textile technology, manufacturing processes, or related areas (including teaching or training experience in Higher Education, industry, or training institutions).
Candidates should be at the level of Senior Lecturers / Associate Professors or Professors.
Strong background in academic leadership and scholarship.
Additional Recommendation
PhD within the discipline of dry processing of textile science/engineering. Undergraduate studies must include textile technology with a focus on dry processing subjects.
Sound knowledge of the technical aspects of textile fabric manufacturing, product engineering, including but not limited to, fabric construction, quality, and raw materials (including textile fibres and yarns).
