Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6) in Labour Law/Labour Relations/Human Resource Management/ Employment Relations/Public Administration/Public Management as recognised by SAQA
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Labour Relations/Labour Law
A valid driver’s license.

Review sitting of municipal Local Labour Forums
Review Labour Relations compliance prescripts
Maintain records repository of municipal labour cases
Maintain Stakeholders Engagement
Provide Labour Relations capacity building programmes.
