Senior Practitioner: Organizational Development at The Department of Employment and Labour

REQUIREMENTS:          

• An undergraduate qualification in Management Services / Operations Management / Production Management / Industrial Engineering / Work Study/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA. Two (2) years' experience in Organizational Development (OD) environment.
• Knowledge: Public Service Act (PSA). Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Labour Relations Act (LRA). Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Unemployment Insurance Amendments Act (UIA). Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA). Employment Equity Act (EEA). Organizational Design Job Evaluation/ grading System. Work Study Techniques. DPSA Job Profile Guide.
• Skills: Financial Management. Communication. Computer Literacy. Time Management. Interpersonal. Report writing. Planning and Organizing. Analytical. Creative. Facilitation. Presentation.

DUTIES:   

• Design and review the Organisational Structure. Conduct Job Evaluation Process within the fund. Implement Organisational structure, Legislations/Directives.
• Develop and facilitate signing of job profiles. Supervise resources in the Sub-Directorate.
