A relevant BTech or First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business /Systems Administration or a related field.
Five (5) years or more relevant experience, government experience advantageous.
Computer literacy (knowledge and experience on MS Office) with advanced experience in Excel
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Key Performance Areas
Facilitate and coordinate the development and integration of Property Transactions Systems.
Scoping business requirements for new systems.
Facilitate the integration of component subsystems in order to enhance, improve and support business processes.
Testing and modifying systems to ensure that that they improve and support business processes.
Analyse and translate data into valuable insight to inform decision-making.
Manage and monitor internal stakeholder relationships to align on priorities, scope and timelines of requested products.
