Key Performance Areas
Maintain and implement policy and practice associated with operational plans
Provide regular and effective advanced level psycho-social services of a curative nature through clinical counselling, referrals and provide restorative and aftercare to employees
Conduct needs assessments, research, surveys and audits to further determine future trends
Provide specific and specialised interventions to address psycho-social related issues through information sessions and training interventions, awareness promotion sessions and manage such events
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, managers and service providers
Draft high-level correspondence and reports to provide information and resolve queries
Collate and interpret statistics and the submission of high-level reports
Provide research opportunity and the monitoring of service effectiveness
Provide consultation to organisational management
Co-ordinate and supervise peer support / para professionals and student interns
Ensure co-ordination and reporting of management information
