    Senior Training Manager

    Description

    Role Overview:

    The Training Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of training activities throughout the project lifecycle. for the project. The Manager Training will manage a team of consultants in the effort to build and deploy the training curriculum, including defining the training strategy, developing the training delivery strategy, and providing leadership for the conception, design, development, and deployment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training & Enablement Strategy and Plan
    • Define, Develop and implement project Team Training
    • Develop a Training Resource, Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, and End User Training Delivery plan
    • Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and SMEs
    • Responsible for successful train-the-trainer, end-user training, and training material design, development, and delivery.
    • Manage and participate in curriculum development, training program design, training materials development, and delivery with the consulting team,
    • Establish release-specific training requirements and determine training scope.
    • Identify and manage the completion of all learning management activity aspects of training (registration, training material housing, evaluations, etc.)
    • Collaborate with team streams to ensure release-specific training environment needs (i.e., training IDs, refresh schedule, data).
    • Manage activities and tasks, monitor progress, and issues resolution
    • Responsible for all other training activities for the entire implementation (all releases).

     

    Requirements

    Experience:

    • Project Management Experience will be an added advantage
    • Adult Learning Principles & Retail Experience
    • Extensive Experience in managing the development and delivery of training
    • Training Resource Management
    • Systems Training Development and Delivery Experience
