• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet our unique business requirements.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will administer and maintain ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and data security. Troubleshooting technical issues, providing end-user support, and implementing process improvements are also key responsibilities. Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and the ability to manage integrations with other systems is required.

Qualifications

• Strong developer background skills which includes Java Script, Web technologies - HTML or XML
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• ServiceNow Admin Certification
