Social Media Manager at Digital Solutions Group

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team are delivering at the highest standard. This will include conducting regular quality assessments & coaching the team.
• Team administration, i.e. roster developement & leave planning.
• Provide data analysis and reporting against key metrics for presentation to client.
• Assist team as and when needed across various social platforms.
• When required, liase with clients and team to ensure engagements are aligned with brand.

Qualifications/ Experience

• Proficiency in all social media platforms
• English proficiency at the highest level
• 2+ Years community management experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Leadership experience (minimum 1 year)
• Bachelors degree in PR (nice to have)

You will live in Johannesburg and be willing to work from our offices based in Rosebank with occasional remote work required.You will be driven and extremely outcomes driven.This role will require work outside of normal office hours.
