The Software Salesperson will be required to drive revenue growth by selling On Key, Pragma’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, to organisations seeking to improve asset performance, reliability, and lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in software or enterprise solution sales (preferably EAM, ERP, or industrial systems).
Experience in asset-intensive industries (e.g., mining, manufacturing, utilities) is advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for On Key software.
Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client asset management challenges.
Demonstrate the value of On Key aligned to operational efficiency and asset reliability.
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
Collaborate with technical and consulting teams for solution alignment.
Develop proposals, pricing models, and business cases.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay informed on industry trends in EAM, digital transformation, and asset management.
