Job Description    

• Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Platform Architect Commercial to join the Digital & Technology team at CCBA. The role will report to the Group Head: Digital Solutions Employee & PACs
• The Solutions Architect Time & Attendance role will be to design, integrate, and continuously optimize workforce management and time & attendance solutions that support operational efficiency, compliance, and business objectives. The role ensures seamless alignment between workforce management, payroll, and HR systems while driving process automation, maintaining architecture standards, and delivering scalable, reliable solutions that enhance workforce productivity and governance across all markets.

Key Duties & Responsibilities    

• Workforce Management Solution Design : Design scalable and effective time & attendance solution architectures aligned to operational and workforce requirements
• Systems Integration & Alignment : Ensure seamless integration between time & attendance, payroll, HR and workforce management systems
• Compliance & Governance Enablement : Ensure solution designs support labour, payroll and operational compliance requirements across markets
• Process Automation & Optimisation : Identify and implement opportunities to improve workforce efficiency through automation and digital workflows
• Architecture Standards & Technical Assurance : Define and maintain architecture standards, configurations and technical design principles for workforce solutions
• Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement : Support ongoing optimisation, performance enhancement and scalability of time & attendance platforms

Skills:

• Solution and systems architecture 
• Workforce management systems expertise 
• Systems integration and API understanding 
• Payroll and HR systems knowledge 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Technical documentation and standards development 
• Stakeholder engagement and communication 
• Process optimisation and automation orientation

Experience:

• 8-12 years’ experience in workforce management, time & attendance or enterprise systems architecture 
• Proven experience in implementation of UKG KRONOS will be advantegous
• Knowledge of access control platforms
• Experience integrating HR, payroll and operational systems 
• Experience with workforce technology platforms and configuration
• Experience in multi-country or FMCG operational environments advantageous?

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field 
• Workforce management or solution architecture certifications advantageous
