State Accounting: Financial Planning, Budgeting And Reporting
A National Diploma (NQF level 6) or higher in Accounting or Financial Management together with a minimum of one-year appropriate experience in a financial environment.
A valid driver's license code B.
Knowledge of financial functions practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computers and collate financial statistics, Knowledge and insight of the Public Service financial legislations, procedures and Treasure regulations (PFMA, DORA, PSA, PPPFA, GAAP, Financial Manual), Knowledge of financial operating systems (PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS etc.) Office work. Skills in Policy analysis, Project management, Financial Accounting/management
DUTIES
To compile budget estimates, monthly forecasts, project planning and produce adjusted cashflows.
Provide advice on financial Management and assist in IFS/AFS process.
