About the job:

• The Service Value Team, part of the Operations department at Cloud Direct, comprises two divisions: Supply Chain and Administration. The Admin team is customer-facing and dedicated to servicing a diverse range of customers with varying spending levels. This team is further organized into three tiers: Pooled, Aligned, and Seniors.
• To excel in the Senior Admin role, candidates should have prior experience managing over 20 accounts with medium to high spending levels.

Key responsibilities include

• Arranging client meetings
• Conducting report reviews
• Developing account growth plan 
• Identifying upsell opportunities 
• Effectively handling day-to-day client requests
• Incidents
• Cancellations
• Escalations in a proactive and professional manner.
• As a representative of Cloud Direct, collaboration with various departments within the organization is essential. Successful candidates will be positive, goal-driven, intelligent, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.

Essential Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Previous account management experience with exposure to selling Microsoft products and licensing.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• A self-starter who can leverage all available resources to drive continued growth with accounts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Proven critical thinking skills, self-motivation, and the ability to use logic and reason along with sound commercial acumen.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills.
