    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Job description

    Talent Acquisition on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of our call centre staff. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the management team to create an overall recruiting strategy as well as identify future hiring needs. Using multiple methods to identify and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. To be successful in this position means thriving in a fast-paced environment working autonomously. This person will be the first point of contact for nearly all new employees and should embody LCG spirit, energy, and employee-driven culture.

    Requirements

    • 1 - 2 years of proven work experience as an Junior Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to source, recruit and hire for call center related positions
    • Experience in building and refining full-cycle recruiting processes
    • Oversight of day-to-day recruiting operations
    • Solid ability to conduct diverse types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centres (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skill
