    Talent Attraction Specialist - Johannesburg

    Job Description

    The Talent Attraction specialist assists with innovative, direct channels and methods of sourcing candidates for key and critical roles. The scope covers all RMB CIB businesses and geographies which include operations outside South Africa

    Are you someone who can: 

    • Applies relevant research tools to produce well-executed research results and gathers market intelligence to aid in the attraction of talent.
    • Strategically engages with internal stakeholders by providing market intelligence and market trends related to remuneration, competitor activity and the various talent pools to effectively target the relevant skills.
    • Compiles and maintains a database with sought-after skills and experience utilizing both internal (Oracle i-Recruit) and external sources of information like LinkedIn.
    • Acts as a custodian and owner of the RMB LinkedIn site by making sure it is utilized effectively to attract and engage with the relevant talent pools.
    • Compliments and builds the overall direct sourcing capability within the team by exploring other on-line platforms for engaging directly with candidates, e.g., Twitter, Job board etc.

    You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

    • Have a  Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology, or related field
    • Have 3 to 5 years of experience ideally in a Financial Services environment
