Role Overview:

• As a Talent Sourcer, you'll dive deep into the intricacies of the talent landscape, identifying the best and the brightest candidates to support our client's GTM strategies in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and identify potential candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Partner with our Talent Partners to understand their specific talent needs and job requirements.
• Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they align with the client's vision and culture.
• Provide insights on the talent landscape, sharing knowledge on local and international recruitment trends.
• Collaborate with our internal recruitment team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, particularly within the SaaS sector.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used in modern sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain strong collaboration with a global team.
• Knowledge of the DACH region's talent landscape is a plus.
