    Team Assistant / Co-ordinator (Prescient Investment Management)

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Providing sales support to the Business Development and Investment teams including, but not limited to

    • Manage diaries, appointments, flights, accommodation, and any other travel logistics
    • Ad hoc enquiries, fund and admin related queries and all other requests externally and internally
    • Providing support with Marketing material, correspondence and presentations as required by the sales team
    • Ensure that regular communication for IFA’s is timeously distributed

    Provide support at various industry events as required

    • Assist with managing the invitation process and RSVPs process in support of the Marketing function, as required
    • Provide support in terms of arranging venues and general venue logistics coordination
    • Ensure all presentations are received and formatted
    • Manage welcoming of attendees and any queries
    • Co-ordinate any travel relating to events

    Client Relationship Management System

    • Support the business development teams in ensuring that that client data is up to date. Inputting client data as directed
    • Set-up and maintain distribution lists for client communication
    • On a quarterly basis, do a review of contacts and update as appropriate

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative / secretarial position within Asset Management ideally dealing with a range of investors and clients

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required
    • Experience with managing multiple diaries and booking of flight and accommodation
