KEY OUTPUTS:

• Tourplan rate loading, checking and general administration.
• Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
• Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• A willingness and aptitude to learn
• General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
• Strong numerical ability

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Attention to detail
• Systems orientated
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Time and task management

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Tourism related qualification or related field experience
• Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.

• Must be a South african Citizen
• Must be 27 years old or younger before 01 May 2026
• Must have Matric or a higher qualification 
• Must not have been apart of a Y4Y programme previously
