    • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely approvals and resolve delays, ensuring compliance with thirdparty portals and the escalation of risks as necessary. Supervise data extraction from portals and ensure proper portal maintenance to maximise candidate retention and compliance, ensure a smooth operation and mitigate any risks.
    • Ensure effective usage and management of the CRM system, ensuring all data is kept up to date, whilst meetings and exceeding processing targets and providing regular updates to the Business Manager to ensure the reporting supports decision-making and enhances operational efficiency.
    • Conduct checks in line with company standards and respond to incoming calls professionally to resolve queries or complaints, following established procedures and adhering to compliance standards to ensure exceptional customer service, an enhanced business reputation and foster trust with stakeholder
