    Our opportunity

    The Travel Insurance Sales Consultant will Market Bryte Travel Insurance products to existing and new clients (travel agents andbrokers) and meet personal and team sales targets. The position requires a competitive sales representative who will play a key role in increasing revenue by servicing existing and sourcing new clients.

    Your role

    Key Tasks & Accountabilities

    • Maintain current customer relations, and identify new customers/opportunities to grow the business and increase Bryte’s market share.
    • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly call schedules, and monthly and annual regional sales and market analyses.
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing personal and team results.
    • Conduct regularproduct and system training to the existing and newclients.
    • Secondary support structure toclientsby providing an intermediary and advice service as defined in the FAIS Act.
    • Communicate internally with our internal stakeholders and external stakeholder alike
    • Adhere to all Internal Company policies
    • Monitor competitors by gathering marketplace information on products and pricing.

    Qualifications/Experience

    Your Skills and Experience

    • Matric or equivalent.
    • RE5 ( regulatory examination for Representatives in terms of the FAIS Act).
    • FAIS credits (60 FAIS credits).
    • Sales and marketing qualification with experience in the travel insurance trade will be added advantageous.
    • Strong communication (verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced sales and customer service environment.
    • Target driven
    • Ability to build sustainable relationships with clients.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Reliable transport.
    • Work effectively in a team environment.

    Required Skills

    • Sales and key account management.
    • Strong negotiaton skills on all levels.

    Travel Call Centre Team Leader

    Our opportunity

    The Travel Call Centre Team Leader in partnership with the Head of Travel will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy of the call centre. Drive overall performance, client centricity, performance excellence and sales in the environment. Leader will be responsible for day to day running of the call centre, process improvements and operational efficiencies within the environment.

    Your role

    Key Tasks & Accountabilities

    • Manage and lead a team of inbound and outbound consultants
    • Ensure customer satisfaction, quality and productivity within the team
    • Drive a culture of service excellence and a learning environment
    • Develop call centre initiatives which motivate and drive performance
    • Provide coaching and feedback to consultants to enable them to reach their full potential
    • Performance management
    • Mentoring and developing consultants
    • Quality Assurance (review, provide feedback, coach and support where needed)
    • Focus and meet business requirements
    • Stakeholder management
    • Ensure excellent customer service levels are consistently met
    • Responsible for delivering results as per Service Level Agreements in place with external customers
    • Manage escalation of complaints and queries
    • Compile daily call centre reports
    • Ensure that manual call outcomes reports balance to system call reports on a daily basis
    • Monitor daily abandonment ratios and service levels
    • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team
    • Manage customer complaints as first point of resolution
    • Consistently monitor engagement levels within the team and come up with ways to keep the team engaged
    • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the call centre agents
    • Assist in the management of staff rosters to meet anticipated business requirements to the agreed standards

    Qualifications/Experience

    Your Skills and Experience

    • Matric
    • Minimum 2-3 years Leadership experience within a Call Centre environment
    • Must be FAIS Compliant and have completed the RE(Regulatory Exam)
