    We are looking for a General Assistant to join our team! A General Assistant must ensure that equipment is received, stored and maintained in a correct manner.     Sushi chef will be held accountable for preparation of all food components for the Sushi Department. Will need to check the quality and variety of ingredients on a daily basis.
