    In this role you will manage customer’s issues end to end through receiving an issue from the customer, making sense of it and either resolving it or escalating it up the chain to team/s that will provide a resolution while owning the issue until fully resolved.     You'll need:

    • Looking after customers from 100 --999 employees
    • Managing a book of around  200 customers

    • Partnering with our channel community on all customer engagements

    Requirements

    • College degree preferred, but not required

    • Cross selling, upselling, customer retention/renewals experience
    • Ideally, experience selling through Channel partners
    • Understanding of customer buying process with various stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver sales presentations
