    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum Matric
    • Minimum 3 years related sales operations environment with reporting experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE             

    • Working with Business Director, Sales Managers to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications to reporting
    • Preparing final analysis reports for internal client and external client to understand the data-analysis, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends of Sales and Activity in the regions
    • Provide weekly status reports to the management team on all sales projects
    • Monitor project progress and performance

    FINANCIAL              

    • Generate monthly commission cycle reports
    • Ensure that all sales opportunities are swiftly closed – orders that are sitting on vetting referred, vetting declined, awaiting customer approval are converted to approved status
    • Stock control & Asset control (uniforms, promotional material & devices)
    • Ensure that sales cost per acquisition of all sales channels are maintained as per acceptable standard

    PROCESSES          

    • Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant output

    Contracts Renewal Specialists (FTC) - Sandton

    Key Responsibilities:

    Contract Renewal Management:

    • Proactively monitor and identify upcoming contract renewals for voice, cast, and music.
    • Maintain a detailed schedule to ensure timely notification of renewal deadlines to all relevant parties.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for renewals.

    Quoting and Negotiation:

    • Prepare accurate quotes for contract renewals.

    Renewal Process Oversight:

    Brand Representative - Western Cape

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and expand trusted relationships (internal and external)
    • Ensure quality presentation and product demonstration is delivered to the audience
    • Handing out of samples
    • Act as the key interface between the audience and brand
    • Quickly report on and act to resolve any challenges, deal with complaints to maintain trust with all stakeholders
