Manages employee records and files to ensure confidentiality, accessibility and compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Compiles and submits relevant reports to enable management decision making and supports the execution of human resources processes.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the investigation and identification of all areas that may influence the safety and health of all employees within a designated area. Recommends procedure to minimise the injury frequency rate. Tasks involve planning, scheduling, controlling, inspecting, reporting and training. Must have knowledge of mines and works regulations and other relevant regulations. Assist with safety legal compliance and implementation of operational improvement measures and increased in the field.
