- Transport customers who brought their vehicles for Service
- Movement of vehicles in the workshop
- Report all accidents and traffic offences to the Service Manager immediately
- Work overtime when required
- Take vehicles to roadworthy
- Assist customers when in workshop or on showroom floor
- Help customers to find vehicles when collecting vehicles
- Move vehicles in and out of workshops and park
- Design and facilitate comprehensive driver training programs for new and existing staff.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of drivers through on-road observations and assessments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have excellent verbal communication skill
- Must have a valid driver’s license (Code 10 with PDP) with a clean driving record.

- A minimum of Grade 12/NQF Level 4 equivalent certification
- At least a minimum of 3 years heavy duty vehicle driving experience
- Proven experience as a driver or a driving instructor, preferably in a commercial transportation environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey information and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
- Ability to assess and analyze driver performance objectively.

Job Description
- Motus Daimler Trucks Airport currently holds a vacancy for an Administrator: Service Advisor reporting to the Manager: Service.
This position will be suited to a person who has the ability to maintain high levels of service on an on-going basis, ability to provide excellent customer service.

- Ensure that the workshop area is kept clean at all times
- Ensure that Technicians are properly attired as per Cargo standards

- Matric/Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF4)
