    Admin Clerk - Little Falls

    Purpose of the role 

    • Reporting to the Supply Chain HOD, you will be in charge of controlling, animating and improving existent stock processes with the sales and supply chain teams.
    • Stock accuracy, stock avaibility and respect of the processes will become your new obsession. Your role is to support the operations by implementing and deveoping through the whole store strong processes and a culture of performance. Excellent relationships with other departments managers and HODs will be the key to succeed in this position.

    Main responsibilities 

    • Animate, monitor and improve daily stock management processes (permanent inventory, out of stock)
    • Control and validate daily the store shrinkage
    • Assist every department to improve their stock availability
    • Defining relevant settings to guarantee constant stock for the impulsive commerce
    • Be a player in the development of collective performance.
    • Share information and facilitate communication within the team.
    • Introduce efficiency, improvement measures
    • Develop and update own skills and knowledge.
    • Assume leadership role on behalf of the HOD when the HOD is not available.
    • Participate in teamwork to ensure quality service and productivity of the store.

    Purpose of the role 

    • Contribute to customer satisfaction and to the overall results of the department. To serve as a leader and role model for the Sales Consultants. Support and assist the Head of department.

    Head of Department - Fourways

    Purpose of the role 

    • To provide strategic management of people and resources in the department, to ensure excellent customer service and sustainable growth.

    Main responsibilities 

    • Lead and support a team of department managers
    • Develop the team to meet strategic business objectives
    • Manage full operations of the department 
    • Manage daily sales and customer relations
    • Identify business growth opportunities (new markets, new products and new services)

    Sales Specialist - Fourways

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers once the customer brief is allocated to confirm project details and communicate the kitchen project process and customer promise.
    • Set up communication portals with customers, customer managers, measurement specialists, and designers, effectively conveying project details and scheduling measurement dates.
    • Follow all steps of the kitchen sale process, including design, measurement, and quote, while adhering to the customer promise framework.
    • Present design proposals to customers, providing a clear rationale for each design choice.
    • Negotiate and finalize sales in alignment with the company's price policy, including installation and associated fees.
    • Confirm stock availability and adjust quotations accordingly to fulfill project requirements.
    • Ensure finalization of quotes and payment.
    • Coordinate with stores to track stock delivery and accuracy of orders.
    • Follow up with customers to confirm delivery and installation.
    • Manage contractors associated with the project.
    • Maintain compliance with the customer promise and address any challenges or concerns raised by customers during the process.
    • Conduct site inspections to validate stock delivery, evaluate workmanship, and obtain kitchen sign-offs.
    • Follow up with customers upon project completion to ensure their satisfaction.
    • Work a flexible 40-hour week, subject to schedule adjustments.
    • The Sales Specialist will be based in Campus (Head office, Fourways) but will be required to travel to different locations and stores. 
    • Meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the platform manager.
    • Provide training to staff and new joiners as required by the Project Manager.
    • Contribute to the growth of the platform by implementing effective systems.

    Measurement Specialist - Fourways

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage appointments and schedules to ensure timely site visits and meetings with customers, contractors, and internal teams
    • Conduct precise on-site measurements of spaces intended for kitchen designs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail (eg height/water & electricity connection/doorways etc.) Also include customer specifications and comments (This is in accordance with the company documents and process)
    • Validate and evaluate stock delivered to ensure it matches the specifications and quality standards outlined in the design plan.
    • Assess the workmanship of contractors involved in the kitchen installation process, ensuring it meets our quality standards and adheres to best practices.
    • Advise customers on our product offerings, explaining features, benefits, and the standard sized options available to them.
    • Collaborate with customers to optimize the layout and design of their kitchen, considering their specific needs, preferences, and budget.
    • Generate comprehensive reports based on site visits, highlighting any discrepancies, issues, or improvements required in stock, workmanship, and layout.
    • Collaborate with the design team to incorporate any necessary adjustments or modifications based on site visit findings and customer requirements.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure seamless execution of the kitchen design process.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and best practices related to kitchen design and measurements.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide training to staff and new joiners as required by the Project Manager.
    • Based in Gauteng for Gauteng catchment area
    • The measurement specialist will work a 40-hour week with flexible schedule (caveat might not be Monday-Saturday)

    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
    • Proven experience in conducting accurate measurements in a professional setting.

    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget
    • Translate customer visions and needs into creative designs while respecting their opinions and style preferences.
    • Work within budget constraints to create cost-effective and appealing designs.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on design elements, materials, and finishes

    • Utilize information from digital and measurement surveys to inform the design process and provide 1-2 design propositions for customer consideration.

    • Approach design with practicality in mind, considering the intended purpose of the space.
    • Incorporate space constraints into designs effectively.
    • Possess a working knowledge of water and electrical connections to ensure their integration into designs.
    • Confidently utilize the 20/20 design program for creating and presenting designs.
    • Demonstrate a good understanding of the product offering to enhance designs with available range features.
    • Stay informed about sales and margin targets to align designs with business goals.
    • Provide recommendations on appropriate materials and finishes to complement the overall design.
