Main purpose/objective of the position:
- Compile and provide accurate recovery information that is used for invoicing to the clients’ tenants.
Operational Deliverables:
Will include, but not limited to:
- Accurate capturing of readings and/or municipal accounts as per requirement and availability of the information.
- Source the required information from various entities to ensure capturing can be done.
- Reconciliation of under- and overcharges on accounts and resolution thereof.
- Maintenance of master data relating to Municipalities and ESKOM within the ERP system and/or other functionality.
- Manage queries received with the relevant internal team for resolution with the client/LL/municipality.
- Ensure that the statistics on capturing invoices are submitted daily for record and action purposes.
- Ensure records are tracked in terms of invoices and payments and monitored for specific accounts as required from time to time.
- Verification and confirmation of VAT compliance for invoices received.
- Actively maintain a reminder system to ensure finalisation of all matters pertaining to queries and collections.

Experience and Education:

Main purpose / objective of the position:
- Collection of clients’ rentals to ensure healthy cash flow and control of all customer accounts. Manage and maintain good, long-term customers and client relationships.
Operational Deliverables:
Will include, but not limited to:
- Proactively following up on all rental collections and resolving outstanding payments.

Purpose of the job:
- To support the HR team by providing administrative assistance relating to employee benefits programs, specifically medical and retirement funds, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, and providing excellent service to employees regarding their benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine eligibility of employees for the benefit plans.
- Educate employees about the company’s benefits program to encourage informed enrolment.
- Assist employees in the benefits program enrolment and benefit claims processes.
- Support the payroll department with communication of deductions or changes to employees’
- salaries as related to benefits.

Retirement Fund Claims:
- Educate and Communicate: Provide clear information to employees about the benefits available, how to file claims, and the documentation required.
- Organize and Track: Maintain organized records of all benefit claims and track their progress. Use relevant HR software to manage data efficiently.
- Understand Regulations: Have a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations such as the Pension Funds Act to ensure compliance and proper guidance.
- Assist Employees: Offer support to employees during the claim process, helping them understand their entitlements and how to complete claim forms correctly.
- Liaise with Providers: Work closely with Retirement Fund Administrators as well as third party Financial Services / Employee Benefits service provider to resolve any issues and expedite the claims process.
- Review and Process: Carefully review claim submissions for accuracy and completeness before submission. Ensure timely submission to providers.
- Follow Up: Regularly follow up on pending claims and provide updates to employees. Address any delays or complications promptly.
- Feedback Loop: Create a feedback system to learn from past claims and improve the process. Use this feedback to make necessary adjustments to policies or procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in an HR-related role, preferably within the employee benefits environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Expertise in HRIS and other HR-related systems.
- Strong understanding of relevant employment and labour laws.

Main purpose / objective of the position:
- To establish and maintain effective support services for the property management functions of the portfolio, primarily the administration of Lease Agreements. To effectively manage the portfolio on a Regional Basis, the objectives being the optimisation of rental income and accurate recording of lease terms.
Operational Deliverables:

Main purpose / objective of the position:
Receives and welcome walk-in clients and visitors and to answer and redirect calls that supports the image of the client image and delivery.
General administrative tasks and support in terms of front desk support and procurement administration will also form part of this position as part of support to the facility management team.
