Job Specification

Responsibilities include assisting and evaluating internal controls. Prepares audit working papers ensuring and that the necessary information required for the audit has been obtained. Reports weaknesses and shortcomings to Internal Audit management.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant BTech or similar degree (Internal Audit / Audit / Financial or related)
• CIA or studying towards the CIA designation (at least 1 paper completed)
• Minimum 4 years related experience
• Exposure to computer-assisted audit software will further enhance the application
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential

• Preparation of audit reports

• Proposals to the management on risk mitigation
• Administrative and ad hoc duties relating to the above

Job Specification

The incumbent would be responsible to perform all specialised administrative functions for the team in the SHEQ department.

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• 2 years related experience and knowledge of all relevant quality standards
• Computer literacy
• Advance Word, Excel and Power Point experience

 Key performance indicators include:

• General administrative functions including calendar bookings, flight/accommodation reservations etc.  
• Manages and maintains a comprehensive electronic and hard copy records system. 
• Collates and compiles monthly SHEQ statistics and takes responsibility for document control and tracking. 
• Arranges all training with approved suppliers and maintains a training matrix. 
• Co-ordinates all SHEQ related meetings and QS audits, and ensures minutes are recorded and maintained. 
• Creates purchase orders for the team.
• Ad hoc functions relating to the above.

Job Specification

• Reporting to the Senior Manager Retail Store, the incumbent would be responsible for aspects of a retail store, which includes assisting the Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF 5 Diploma
• 3 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity
• Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
• Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS systems

Reporting to the Senior Manager: IM Service delivery, the incumbent will be responsible for Business Application Management, Business Process Management and Business Relationship Management. 

Minimum Requirements

• B Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems)
• 4 years related experience (organisation's business systems i.e ERP System, PoS System etc. and industry requirements)
• Experience in the fuel and related industry would be an advantage

Job Specification

Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Information, the incumbent will produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and writes the code for small to medium applications. Responsible for designing and configuring new systems and changes to existing systems, in consultation with the Data Architect. Incumbent carries out systems analyses, design, coding, program debugging, system testing, security assessments, performance assessments and user interfaces.

 
Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent)
• Certification in Programming related fields may advance your application
