    Investment Specialist (Direct Sales) | Waterfall, Johannesburg - Gauteng

    Description:

    Actively engages direct clients and provides support via email live chat or telephonically and respond to queries accurately and timeously. Ensure all administration is up to date and provide reports as and when required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contacting leads daily either telephonically or via e-mail
    • Prospecting for new clients/referrals
    • Answering of e-mail and telephone calls/ Live chat
    • Responding timeously to online queries and providing support
    • Ensuring that all administration is up to date and completed accurately and timeously

    Responsibilities:
