    B2B Medical Sales Representative

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Take charge by conducting market research and market mapping/ canvassing to identify potential leads.
    • Be the South African Sales Representative to champion the launch and expansion of the TeltoHeart to the market.
    • Leverage off relationships you have built over your career to penetrate the market.
    • Reach out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
    • Prepare commercial offers and secure contracts or projects to achieve assigned sales goals.
    • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits.
    • Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions.
    • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

    • Are fluent in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language.
    • Have 3+ Years’ experience in B2B Medical sales, with a proven track record of sales success.
    • Have existing relationships with potential clients in the Medical/ Health Industry.

    • Have successfully obtained a minimum of National Senior Certificate, or equivalent.

    IoT Solutions Engineer • Telematics

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Guide employees and customers on how to use Teltonika Telematics devices and solutions (consult, provide trainings)
    • Solve technical issues and ensure prevention
    • Constantly supervise and prepare the devices technical documentation
    • Assess customer needs in the local region, in topics such as, but not limited to, new features, raise proposals for implementation and supervise implementation process
    • Participate in direct communication with clients to answer technical questions (conference calls, visits to clients)
    • Perform quality assurance tasks before providing solution to customer
    • Coordinate queries with R&D, Production, QA and Supply management.
    • Train internal Sales Managers & Clients on internal configuration systems and devices.

    • Understand basics of telecommunication systems and IOT technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, ability to explain GNSS technology fundamentals

    HR Operations Specialist

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play an integral part in all HR related topics, including, but not limited to the following:

    • Update and Implement company HR policies and procedures in line with Local Labour Laws.
    • Conduct HR training and coaching sessions with managers and staff members at all levels to drive the HR agenda.
    • Provide sound advice to Management and Employees on all HR, IR & ER matters in line with the Company policies and procedures and ensure compliance to SA Legislation.
    • Prepare Initiators for disciplinary hearings and performance hearings, vet case evidence and ensure that the correct procedure is followed.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to the management team on performance management processes in line with the company policy.
    • Maintain good employer / employee relations.
    • Represent the company at CCMA and ensure that the correct procedure is always followed.
    • Draft Offer letters, Contracts, increase letters and any other HR documentation required by management.
    • Ensure that all payroll input is processed, checked for accuracy, and submitted to Trupay for salary payments.
    • Manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process of employees (Induction training, exit interviews and terminations).
    • Manage and maintain employee personal files and ensure they are up to date at all times.
    • Attend to all employee queries and suggestions about HR admin related topics and help them resolve it timeously.
    • Manage office supplies, work equipment, and control their renewal.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring smooth Onboarding and Internal Communication practices, help with Employee Integration, all HR related documentation, in line with local employment law’s, exit process and Management consulting related to HR topics.
    • Ensure a positive experience of employees throughout all employee journey within the organization.
    • Suggest improvements and best practices including, but not limited to: internal communication, employer branding; company benefits package; HR processes and policies; initiatives to boost employee well-being and engagement
    • Work closely and cooperate daily with local and HQ managers and employees

    WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

    • Have a 3-year qualification in HRM or Labour Relations (NQF level 6 and above)
    • Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar or Business Partnering role.
    • Have a minimum of 4 years’ working experience in managing the full employee life cycle.
    • Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience dealing with ER & IR matters, including 3 years of CCMA representation. 
    • Have experience in Microsoft office (Excel).
    • Are fluent in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your main working language.
    • Can work independently in a dynamic, fast, results-oriented environment.
    • Have excellent communication skills and ability to work with different people.
    • Are a proactive, you take initiative and have a “can-do” mindset.
    • Have a solid understanding of local labor laws & legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA & SDA)
