    Marketing Manager

    About The Role

    We are looking for someone to take charge of a new team within the HyperionDev Marketing department. As the Marketing Manager at HyperionDev you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all the Marketing activities within this team. You'll be expected to drive strategy and implement campaigns on our websites and social platforms and organise below the line initiatives like events, activations and roadshows.

    To excel in this role, you should be an organised, ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver. We're looking for a strategic thinker, an excellent project manager, someone with high standards and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate has experience targeting working professionals, school leavers and parents.

    Responsibilities

    • Brand manager / custodian
    • Coordination of all Marketing Campaigns
    • Weekly updating of Website and Blog content
    • Social Media Strategy, Monitoring and Response (daily)
    • Weekly scheduling of all Social Media posts
    • Revise the strategy for marketing to our CRM database
    • Plan all copy and design for our newsletters and nurturing campaigns
    • Market research (industry, audience, competitors)
    • Working with sales on additional revenue strategies
    • Planning and managing a selection of first-class events and activations
    • Reaching out to students to coordinate spotlight stories
    • Coordinating success stories with placements team and graduates
    • Briefing team members for design and copy of brochures and infographics
    • Building a team of freelance writers, student ambassadors and influencers

    Requirements
    Minimum

    • A University Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a high growth consumer-marketing space
    • At least 1 year of experience marketing education-related products
    • Excellent Project Management skills
    • A self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment
    • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Detailed understanding of Social Media marketing

    Preferred

    • 5 years+ of marketing experience in a high growth consumer-marketing space
    • 2 years+ of experience marketing education-related products
    • 1 year + of project management experience, managing projects relating to large-scale consumer marketing
    • Experience supporting the management of a marketing team
    • Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools
    • Experience with project management tools like Basecamp / Trello
    • Managing sprints involving marketers and developers
    • Experience managing junior team members
    • Management of external suppliers and freelancers

    Paid Media Specialist

    About The Role

    We are looking for a team member to manage Paid Media within the HyperionDev Marketing Department. The Paid Media specialist will be responsible for implementing, managing and optimising Paid Advertising activities in all our territories.

    We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver to join our team as a Paid Media specialist. You should be a creative problem solver, have excellent business acumen, high standards, the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and love growth hacking.

    Responsibilities

    • Optimisation and innovation of our digital advertising
    • Further expand our advertising channels and campaigns
    • Establish the optimal balance between Brand Awareness and ROAS
    • Drive the implementation of our CRO, improve messaging and content, bootcamp pages and landing pages
    • Source strategic partnerships for sponsor / referral deals
    • Drive the continuous optimisation of all our search, display and video ads
    • Initiate new ATL / BTL advertising
    • Manage and optimise all our overseas Marketing, Leadgen and Advertising
    • Drive all our B2B / Placements advertising in 2020

    Requirements
    Minimum

    • A University Degree in Marketing or related field
    • At least 3 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing
    • At least 2 years of experience with running large budget campaigns on Google Ads with Search, Display and Video
    • Highly quantitative with the ability to assess complex advertising datasets and derive actionable insights from hundreds of metrics tracked p/m
    • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels
    • Detailed understanding of Google Marketing Tools; Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Lighthouse, Search Console etc.
    • Experience with implementing conversion (pixel) tracking
    • Near perfect written and verbal communication skills
    • A self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment
    • Regular detailed reporting on numerous metrics (CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS)

    Preferred

    • 5 years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing
    • 4 years of experience with running large budget campaigns on Google Ads with Search, Display and Video
    • At least 6 months of copywriting experience
    • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and campaigns from the ground up
    • Experience with Marketing B2B, SaaS, Startup or Education
    • Experience running advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter
    • Experience working with paid media optimisation tools such as Wordstream
    • Experience with building audience (lists) and remarketing
    • Understanding of attribution modelling and experience setting up attribution models
    • Experience with optimising conversion rates and tracking and monitoring ROI, PA, and DA

    Internal Recruiter

    About The Role

    We are looking for a full-time Internal Recruiter to execute short-term and long-term hiring plans, advertise our open positions, and source candidates both online and offline (for example, during career days, through our placement partners and via hackathons).

    As a Recruiter at HyperionDev, you will ensure we hire qualified people who are a great culture-fit and help us achieve our business objectives. You will help develop the company-wide talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Talent and People Operations teams, and support us in building our EVP.

    You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle which includes reviewing recruitment-related documents like job descriptions and interview questions, and tracking hiring metrics. You will manage the process of sourcing, attracting, evaluating and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions and seniority levels. As you will be the main point of contact for several open roles, you will need to ensure a positive candidate experience for our applicants. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute the strategic recruitment plan in line with Company hiring policies and processes
    • Manage all hiring stages from sourcing to acceptance of offer letter

    Requirements
    Minimum

    • Work experience as a Hiring Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
    • Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle
    • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Familiarity using social networks to post job ads and source candidates
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions

    Preferred

    • Relevant supporting certificate or diploma
    • Experience in a SMME or startup environment
